    Course Director: Dr. M. K. (Bobby) Baig BDS., AEGD., Cert Prosthodontist., F.R.C.D.(C).

    This program will provide an in-depth knowledge in the most common prosthodontic and restorative treatment which include fixed-removable implant and non-implant based prosthodontic treatments.
    This program has two components:

    Program A: Mini Residency Program Fee: $9500 Plus HST (6 months- Jan to June)

    Our mini residency provides a customized continuing education program for dentists in obtaining advance knowledge with emphasis on prosthodontic treatment planning, patient management, treatment acceptance with multiple sessions of lectures (in-person/online) hands on and live patient care with one-on-one instructions.

    Program Objective:

    • Introduction to Multidisciplinary Treatment Planning: Multiple sessions

    • Post and cores; Prefab vs cast posts

    • Anterior and posterior single tooth supported all ceramic crowns and bridges

    • Porcelain laminate veneers

    • Dental cements and new age dental ceramics.

    • Prosthodontic Module: Basic implant course for single and 3-unit FPD based restorations (Single in anterior) (single and FPD in posteriors)

    • Prosthodontic Module Basic implant course for removable implant-based prosthesis partial and complete edentulous patients.

    • Prosthodontic module: Introduction to advance implant based prosthodontic restorations. Anterior FPDs, milled bars and combination of implants and teeth.

    • Conventional Removable partial dentures

    • Conventional Complete dentures.

    • Tooth wear and occlusion management

    • Basic course on CADCAM dentistry (Scan-CAD- CAM) (Design-print-mill) Implant based and non-implant-based restorations.

    • Anterior and posterior composite restorations

    Program B: Mentorship Program (Bring your patient program) (One- On-One)

    Fee: Customized Program (Contact course director for additional information)

    Mentorship Program: For new dentist or recent grads, the sudden shift from training to practicing as dentist can be challenging.
    Important treatment planning decisions, patient management and ideal treatment delivery is very critical, mentors play a vital role in grooming to get to that level.
    This program will help attendees to perform live dental treatments on their patients, the mini residency program will be the foundation base for the mentorship program.

    Program Objective:

    • The dentists will be performing treatments under the supervision and guidance by the faculty of the mini residency program.

    • The attendees can also observe (Shadow) the faculty performing treatments in person.
